The knowledge from 13 years of banking experience and enthusiasm for serving the public quickly led to my success in real estate. I immediately realized the satisfaction of finding and selling homes and this became my passion. In the early 80's with more land available in Lemon Heights and Cowan Heights I sold land to builders and resold their custom estates. This experience led me to a broad knowledge of superb quality, workmanship and attention to detail in the luxury market. I represented many high end sellers and buyers and became Seven Gables' #1 Agent in 1981. Consistently throughout the years as a top producing agent I have a unique knowledge of the real estate cycles by experiencing them first hand, from the early 80's to the current cycle we are in now. Not withstanding very few agents know how to work, analyze and produce results in this market.
