Gary O'Dell

Gary has been associated and has worked with custom home builders. He has extensive knowledge and experience in remodeling and owner/builder projects. For the last two years Gary has specifically been focused on the team's efforts in distress sales including short-sales and foreclosures. Instrumental in establishing the team's partnership with a group of specialists who assist their clients through the process of negotiating modifications and short-sales with banks if they are distressed, delinquent or have notices against their property. He also manages inspections and other field services for listings and sales.
