Daniela O’Dell

Daniela (Dani) O’Dell’s interests and talents comprise a wide array of areas including preparation and analysis of financial statements and the area of real estate taxation to artistic and philanthropic ventures.

After receiving her degree in accounting at Arizona State University, she earned her credentials as a Certified Public Accountant. Subsequently she worked as an auditor at the prestigious accounting firm, Peat, Marwick and Mitchell, traveling the country inspecting the financials of a variety of industries including banking, insurance, and retail. Dani then moved to California to pursue her interest in real estate taxation. The esteemed Haskell and White, C.P.A.’s in Newport Beach with prominent clients such as The Irvine Company and Koll Properties was the perfect fit to further her education in this complex specialty area.

For the past 15 years Dani has been the chief financial officer of The O’Dell Group, a respected residential real estate brokerage firm, located in Tustin, California. Along with these responsibilities, she has enjoyed taking leadership roles in the community to further the artistic and athletic talents of the youth. Her enthusiastic nature and analytical mind have been a winning combination for success in all her endeavors.
